“The best executive is one who has sense enough to pick good people to do what he wants them to do, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it.” (Theodore Roosevelt)
In my book Executive Level Mentality I have a section where I state, “Create a Vision and then get out of the way.” You may be hindering your vision by not allowing yourself to change your opinion or not allowing the people you trust to change their opinion. A vision is fluid, alive, and ever-evolving. Stay current, in the know, and hungry for knowledge. Growth is right around the corner!
